You need an account to place store orders and submit project briefs. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract.
Product descriptions, specifications and prices are shown on the site and may change at any time. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.
Custom engineering work (project briefs) is quoted individually. A brief submission is a request, not a contract; work begins only after a written quote is agreed and any required payment is made.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal (including supported wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay). By paying, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
Shipping, delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which are part of these Terms.
